EcoPellet

Your EcoPellet boiler will be monitored by us for 1 yr using the installed wi-fi connectivity.

After 1 year you can opt to take our EcoPellet Care plan – we will be alerted automatically if your system shows a fault or warning. See download for full details.

For general servicing and cleaning contact us for a heating engineer in your area.

Solar PV

Your solar PV array will be monitored for 1 year after install using the wi-fi connectivity installed.

After 1 year you can opt to take our PV care plan and we will continue to monitor and be alerted should there be a loss of performance. See download for full details.

Your PV system should not require any maintenance over it’s life but for those that seek peace of mind and/or need their panels cleaned contact us for our Panel clean and check service.

Solar Hot Water

If installed correctly your solar hot water system should not need any intervention but we do recommend a service every 2 years or so. We have produced some guidance sheets to help with general maintenance and fault finding.
