How it works.

The diagram on the left shows a fairly typical installation.
This shows a typical solar panel installation heating a twin coil solar hot water cylinder.

The solar heating coil heats the cylinder by solar power by default but can be 'topped up" by a boiler or element if necessary, e.g during long periods of cloudy days when the efficiency is reduced.

The two coils in our solar cylinders enable other heat sources to heat the water be it a boiler, (as in this example), a wood burning stove with back boiler and so on.

The same system can be used to pre-heatwater to your central heating boiler and significantly cut heating bills - ask us how !
